I’m continuing the great culling of my IG feed, so here’s another ten spreads/prompts that were posted there over the years. Many of these are super simple, but also potent and multi-purpose.

This one can be used in a general way, as in: what is my primary motivation in life?, what’s always running behind the scenes, etc., but it’s also good for special circumstances. Thinking about changing jobs, calling an ex, getting your hair cut? What’s the primary motivation behind that, and is that what you want to be acting from?

I’m sure my other spread collection posts here on Substack have something similar to this month-ahead spread included as well. It’s one of those that I’m often creating variations of. I like the inclusion here, though, of what doesn’t need attention. Not because it’s not worthy or significant, necessarily, but maybe now is just not the time. Maybe it can rest and take care of itself for now. That position can be a permission slip to stop worrying or efforting for a while, and that’s always needed.

Here’s a timely one, for Father’s Day coming up this weekend. This one can, of course, be reworded to look at any significant, formative relationship. And, even in their absence, our parents teach us, so use this one even if you didn’t grow up with your father/mother .

Here’s one that focuses on resolutions, which I initially posted close to a new year, but it can be used any time you’re resolving to start a new habit or give one up, or are planning to pour energy into a new commitment, etc.

Five more spreads/prompts are beyond the paywall! If you enjoy and benefit from my work, please consider a paid subscription if it’s easily within your means. It really helps!
